1. Start by applying from the center of your upper and lower lips. Follow the natural contours of your lips to fill them in completely. For added depth and vibrancy, layer on additional tint at the center of your lips.

2. Gently press your lips together a few times to evenly distribute tint. This will help you achieve the desired matte stained effect.
